Since 2016, we have evolved from a mmWave radar IC innovator into a trusted chip-to-system technology partner for the global eMobility industry. Having pioneered the bike radar category, we are now entering our next phase: delivering OEM-integrated, proactive safety systems that define the standards for modern eMobility platforms worldwide.

Dr. Shih-An Yu founded TeraSilIC with a vision to translate advanced mmWave sensing technology into impactful, real-world mobility solutions. As President and Chairman, he leads the company’s long-term technology strategy and continues to guide its evolution from a specialist in radar IC design into a leader in integrated sensing systems, OEM safety architecture, and AI-powered rider awareness. With deep engineering expertise and a strong understanding of system-level innovation, Dr. Yu has been instrumental in shaping TeraSilIC’s chip-to-system capabilities and positioning the company at the forefront of next-generation eMobility safety technology.
Roy Cheng leads TeraSilIC’s business development, strategic partnerships, and global market expansion. He works closely with OEMs, e-bike brands, and mobility partners to identify new opportunities, build long-term relationships, and bring TeraSilIC’s solutions to markets worldwide. With a strong focus on commercial growth and industry collaboration, Roy plays a key role in positioning TeraSilIC as a trusted partner for the next generation of eMobility safety solutions. His ability to connect market needs with emerging technologies helps drive strategic growth and expand TeraSilIC’s presence across the global mobility ecosystem.
