Radar Front-End Modules
TeraSilIC 24GHz mmWave radar RF front-end modules, designed for simplified manufacturing and integration and built on our own radar MMICs. Compact, cost-effective, and available to OEMs as modules or as reference designs.
FEM11-F09
Long-range 1T1R front-end module. A 1-transmitter, 1-receiver 24GHz radar RF front-end module with high antenna gain, enabling a long detection range. It accurately detects the distance, angle, velocity and direction of movement of an object.
MMIC: TS24GTR11S-P. Antenna pattern (-12dB): azimuth 60°, elevation 60°.
Module size: 14.50 × 45.60 × 2.05 mm.
Applications: bike radar, perimeter surveillance radar, traffic radar.
FEM11-F20
Compact 1T1R front-end module. A compact 1-transmitter, 1-receiver 24GHz radar RF front-end module, sized for integration into small products where space is limited. It accurately detects the distance, velocity and direction of movement of an object.
MMIC: TS24GTR11S-P. Antenna pattern (-12dB): azimuth 100°, elevation 130°.
Module size: 25.00 × 8.00 × 2.05 mm.
Applications: home surveillance camera, video doorbell, human presence detection, smart home appliances, HVAC, smart building.
FEM12-F08
Long-range 1T2R front-end module. A 1-transmitter, 2-receiver 24GHz radar RF front-end module with high antenna gain, enabling a long detection range. The second receive channel allows angular resolution alongside distance, velocity and direction of movement.
MMIC: TS24GTR12S-P. Antenna pattern (-12dB): azimuth 90°, elevation 80°.
Module size: 14.50 × 45.60 × 2.05 mm.
Applications: bike radar, perimeter surveillance radar, traffic radar.
